Lab Director - Pathology - Hospital (15-18 yrs)
- Define the core policies and procedures of Pathology services at group level and centre level.
- Define, implement and monitor standards of the established QMS in coordination with the Quality
- Assurance Department /Quality Manager of the satellite centre.
- This is to include cost effectiveness of the Pathology and Clinical laboratory services provided for patient care.
- To ensure adequate method verification and approval of new test methods/equipment is in order to determine the reliability of the procedures to meet needs of the user.
- 15+ years of experience, with significant experience in the management of a clinical laboratory of an acute care hospital.
- Must have experience with regulatory and accreditation of laboratory operations.
