- To ensure accuracy and timeliness of laboratory operation.

- To adhere to standard laboratory practices.

- To implement quality improvement initiative.

- To provide assistance in areas of genetic testing (DNA Sampling).

- Engage in practices related to DNA Based Wet Lab.

- To groom fellow Research Assistants professionally.

- To ensure report & data commitments are to be met strictly.

- To escalate problems if any to run the operations smoothly.

- To provide support to colleagues in performing laboratory testing.

Salary: INR 2,75,000 - 4,25,000 P.A.
