What is the role of the Medical Team?

At Clinikk, the Medical team is charged with ensuring the quality of care and implementation of care protocols. Our goal is to use upcoming technologies in medical science to create protocol based, standardised care thereby improving the accessibility, affordability and quality of medical care. We engage with our subscribers using telemedicine & physical consultations in our clinics.

We work closely with product, design & engineering teams to build the core technology to assist in diagnostic evaluation, implementation of protocol based treatment, screenings, chronic disease care and creating medical awareness in the community.

We also help & guide subscribers at every step of the insurance claim process.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build and manage a team of doctors, & day-to-day operations of Clinikk medical centers.

- Implement new innovations, processes, care protocols and clinical workflows in the Clinikk medical centers.

- Manage the pharmacy & lab fulfilment in the Clinikk medical centers.

- Conduct Medical audits to ensure the adherence to standards defined.

- Help set up & create the company culture of ensuring empathy at every step of the clinical workflow.

- Interact with Specialist doctors to ensure a smooth referral process and continuity of care

- Train the medical staff & conducting medical education programs for them

- Conduct health camps and other community based activities.

- Attract and retain top clinical talent to grow a solid and well-balanced team

Skills and Qualifications :

- MBBS + MD/MS/DNB/ MBA preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing clinical staff

- High Ownership with bias for execution.

- Collaboration with multiple internal teams is a must

- Bias towards continuous learning while also mentoring peers
