Manager - In Vitro Biology (6-12 yrs)
Qualification : M. Sc. Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Science OR M. Pharm OR Ph.D. Biochemistry /Genetics /
Job Description :
- Key position that requires experience in biochemical and cell-based assays in moderate throughput formats, to immediately support the ongoing NCE / NBE screening and other research and development activities in multiple programs with minimal guidance.
- Perform in vitro screening experiments (cell-based and biochemical assays) in a timely manner.
- Independently develop new assays and validate using appropriate QC parameters
- Experience in handling moderate to high throughput (96-384 well format) assays in biochemical and/or cell-based formats, using liquid handling systems and/or semi-automated pipettors is mandatory
- Experience in developing assays on formats like FRET, BRET, HTRF- and Alpha- will be desirable
- Independently troubleshoot assays and redesign experiments to achieve the final outcome
