Manager - Medical Coding - Radiology & ED Specialty (7-15 yrs)
Designation : Manager
Job Location : Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Reporting : Senior Manager / Center Head
Key Responsibilities :
1) Manage & improve production, TAT & quality
2) Meet revenue goals
3) Manage attendance & attrition
4) Manage staff utilization
5) Resource forecasting & planning
6) Manage customer complaints
7) People development
8) Prepare reports for internal & external customers
9) Regular communication with clients
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
1) Minimum 7 years of experience in Coding . Sound Knowledge of Radiology & ED Specialty. Current designation should be Manager / Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
2) Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in team handling
3) CPC or CIC or COC or CCS certified
4) Strong knowledge in medical coding & RCM concepts
5) Strong knowledge in MS office
6) Strong in written & verbal communication
7) Strong in people management
8) Good in analytical skill & decision making
