Designation: Medical & Health Services Manager
Onsite and Full Time
JOB DETAILS:
1) Work to improve efficiency and quality in delivering healthcare services
2) Keep up to date on new laws and regulations so that the facility in which they work complies with them
3) Supervise assistant administrators in facilities that are large enough to need them
4) Manage the finances of the facility, such as patient fees and billing
5) Create work schedules
6) Represent the facility at investor meetings or on governing boards
7) Keep and organize records of the facilitys services such as the number of inpatient beds used
8) Communicate with members of the medical staff and department heads
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years experience is required.
- Masters will be an added advantage
