Job description / responsibilities are as follows:

- Strong understanding of coating formulations, application techniques, and drying/curing processes.

- Practical experience in handling equipment/ instrument for tablet color shade matching, batch manufacturing and coating application.

- Practical experience in color matching, batch mixing and viscosity adjustments of ready mix Coating polymers.

- Proficiency in using laboratory instruments for testing (e.g., spectrophotometers, viscosity meters).

- Experience with scaling formulations from lab scale to production scale.

- Knowledge of production workflow optimization and minimizing material waste.

- Skilled in managing coating line setups and changeovers.

- Proven experience in laboratory or production environments handling coating materials.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting application defects and expertise in resolving coating related problems.

- Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and quality assurance).

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.

- Awareness of the regulatory filling process and documentation part.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

- 8-15 years of experience in pharma coating applications in a lab and production setting.

- Basic knowledge of color shade matching software and production management software (ERP systems).

- Willingness to work in a hands-on lab and manufacturing environment.

- Commitment to continuous learning about advancements in coating technologies.
