Hiring: Patient Service Executive (Oncology PAP) - Mumbai
We are seeking a high-energy, empathetic Patient Service Executive to join a pioneering Health-Tech & Data Science organization dedicated to making precision oncology affordable. This is a 100% field-intensive role focused on managing Patient Access Programs (PAP) and Patient Benefit Programs (PBP) across Mumbai.

The Role:
- Field Operations: Drive the end-to-end patient journey- from enrollment and documentation to home counseling and adherence monitoring.
- HCP Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Oncologists and KOLs at top Mumbai hospitals to facilitate program awareness and patient support.
- Innovative Financing: Guide patients through unique "Value-Based" and "Buy-Now-Pay-Later" models to ensure treatment access.
- Compliance: Ensure rigorous reporting of clinical metrics and Adverse Events (AE) in line with global healthcare standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Direct Experience: 5+ years in Oncology-specific PAP/PSP or field-based patient care.
- Target Backgrounds: We are specifically looking for candidates from major Health-Tech platforms or the Patient Access divisions of Global Pharma MNCs.
- Skills: Strong field navigation skills in Mumbai, fluency in Marathi/Hindi/English, and a deep sense of empathy for cancer patients.
- Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Hospital Administration.
