JOB DESCRIPTION ----Manufacturing Chemist

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification : B. Sc. (Any specialization)

Desired Qualification : M. Sc. / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Industry/Past Experience : Pharmaceutical Companies only

Designation : Manufacturing Chemist / Assistant Manufacturing Chemist

Location : Sonale (Bhiwandi)

Past Experience: 5+ years

Approval: Must be approved by the respective State FDA / Drugs Control Department

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for carrying out all the manufacturing/production activities pertaining to his section following the standard operating procedures and safety norms

- Creating & maintaining all documents related to manufacturing as per GMP

- Coordinating with QC Department to ensure timely completion of BMR / BPR

- Preparation of daily production reports and manpower allocation

- Ensure/maintain output of production department as per standard norms

- Ensure proper cleaning and labeling of equipment/machines / tanks

- Ensure proper receiving/storage of the RM, PM, and finished goods as per SOPs

- Ensuring that quality standards are met and submission meets strict deadlines with proper documentation

- Maintain discipline in the production area and follow the company rules and regulations

- Handling all matters including maintaining paperwork, responding to queries, Liaoning & dealing with Regulatory Authorities

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in manufacturing Liquid Orals, Hard Gelatin Capsules, Compressed Tablets and/or External Applications Dosage Forms

- Sound knowledge or well versed with working on MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel) / ERP software

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proven long term job stability

- Fast learner and have a passion for growth
