About the role : We are looking to hire a Doctor with outstanding medical knowledge,medicine management and excellent counselling skills. Doctors are expected to be compassionate, have attentive listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a genuine concern for patients and a passion to be of service and heal people.

Responsibilities:

- Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations

- Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.

- Organising workloads

- Assessing and planning treatment requirements

- Good practical skills

- Ability to solve problems

- Effective decision-making skills

- Leadership and management skills

- Training other staff with experience and practical skills

- Leading medical team

- Liaising daily with staff including other doctors, non-medical management staff and healthcare professionals

- Communication skills, compassion and a good bedside manner

- Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.

- Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment and medication.

- Monitoring and administering medication

- Promoting health education
