Position Key responsibility Area :

Claim Audit :

- Candidate will be accountable to arrange the claim documents folder from record management team & ensure that all files would be available for external audit (Insurer) as per the requirement.

- All queries from auditors to be responded.

- On receipt of the audit observation report from Insurer, recovery amount to be evaluated as per policy conditions and responsible to minimize the recovery amount forced.

- Basis on the audit observation, training to be given to the processing team in order to minimize the error.

- Random audit to be done on approvals claims (Internal Audit) ensuring the quality has to be maintained.
