Medical Administrator - Hospital (1-5 yrs)
- Medical Administrator is responsible and accountable Supervision and control of all medical wings of hospital and their activities like control and supervise
- Duty Medical Officers and their Functions, Duties, Leaves etc., co-ordinate with the consultants on the issues of patient's, and their treatment part.
- Co-ordinate between consultants, DMOs and para medical staff for better treatment and patient care and to expeditiously address the patients grievances.
- Responsible for improvement of patient care, facilities and services with a view to extend medical care to the patients and image of the hospital in line with the mission and objectives of the hospital.
- Check previous night's admissions, and line of treatment given.
- Go to rounds and check the case sheet for the line of treatment, investigations, cross consultations, were carried out or not.
- In case any investigation is pending, analyze the reasons for pending investigation.
- Monitor and check regularly MICU, SICU, Labour Room & OTs patient care and monitor NABH protocols.
Qualification:
- Preferable M.B.B.S/Alternate Medicine (B.H.M.S/B.A.M.S/B.U.M.S)/BDS)
- Additional Qualification: MHM
