And they are looking for

Position : Medical Services - MD ( Male of Female)

Qualification : MBBS/MD, experience 0 to 5 years

Products Inputs :

- Provide the technical expertise to product management team towards products and boost the existing products e.g. solve the queries regarding products, provide guideline updates, address the historical concerns of products

- Provide strategic inputs and support towards creation of marketing plans and towards preparation & execution of medical-marketing programs

- Identification of gaps in product promotion: The ethical promotion of assigned. Get info on market performance of a product. Get info on competitor products and brands.

- Develop strategy to fill the gaps

KOL management :

- Identify leading KOLs with input from Sales team

- Work on building relationship with KOLs, CME programs

- Conference meetings, Product launch meeting, Symposia

Training : 

- Provide timely accurate and balanced information to internal customer's e.g. sales staff, training department, PMT.

New product development:

- Look for new products that can enrich the basket of existing products

- Prepare detailed appraisal report for a new product of PMT

- Planning clinical trials

- Identify knowledge gap for existing products

- Plan clinical trial to fill the data deficit.

- Interaction with PMT

- Regular interaction and strategic meetings to exchange feedback on products.

- Identify areas where medical inputs can help

- Product Monograph revisions

- Six monthly revision of Pack inserts. Maintain a timeline of revisions.

Approvals : Initiate and/or review and approve promotional, training and CME material in compliance with relevant SOPs and industry codes

Create scientific database : Compile the product specific information
