- Verifies all necessary documents and technical details mandatory for claims processing
- Verifies Previously Consumed amount
- Verifies enrollment details and Duration of patients Stay in Hospital
- Keeping claim pending if any document is missing and need to keep pending twice
- Ensure compliance all mandatory documents
- Ensure Communicating with Network hospitals regarding pending cases
- Monitor fraudulent activity/ practices of NWH
- Analysis and reporting claims data
- Ensure claims processing as per Adjudication guidelines
- Ensure Claim settled within TAT
- Any work assigned by the Mahatma Jyotibha Phule Jan Arogya Yojana from time to time.
