Medical Consultant - MBBS (2-10 yrs)
Medical Consultant - Guwahati
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
1. Understanding Beneficiary Requirements and adhering to operational protocols with 95 % accuracy. Seek details of need for health advice from the customer. Assess the clinical condition of the customer
2. Sending Prescription of suitable OTC drugs via sms, > 95% Calls prescription need to be sent for valid calls.
3. Assess the clinical condition of the customer. Providing correct advice by using tacit knowledge and experience to the beneficiary using protocols and also for which protocols are not present in application software with 100 % accuracy.
4. At the least suspicion of an impending emergency, advice the customer to visit a doctor/ hospital or call for ambulance and provide information about nearby empanelled doctor / hospital
5. Customer Appreciation : > 20% Customer Appreciation (Very Good) out of total calls handled > 90% Cutomer Satisfied (Good) out of total calls handled
6. Data Capturing, beneficiaries details with 100 % accuracy
7. Adherence to Average Call Handling Time i.e < 45 seconds
8. Must secure > 75 % in periodic test of Soft Skills,
9. Must attend training minimum of 48 hours per year.
10. If all possibilities of emergency are ruled out proceed with Algorithms/ Disease Summaries to advice the customer.
11. Assets handling Internal & External Team Relationship. The ability to relate to, and interact with, people from diverse psychological, social and cultural backgrounds.
Desirable Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience
Desirable Qualification : MCI recognized MBBS
