1. To counsel the patient for surgery
2. To make the patient understand the pre & post-operative care
3. Be polite & friendly to the patients to understand his/ her trauma
4. Communicate to the patients in the best possible language & method
5. Make the patient & attendant to understand the package of procedures
6. To prepare the pre-operative instruction & hand over to the patient
7. Ensuring a high conversion ratio.
8. Well versed with Hospital Services and handhold the patient during the entire treatment process
9. Ensure higher satisfaction level for the Patient.
