Should be aware of WHO/CGMPA Audits/ US FD guidelines
Handling cord blood sample files and analyzing Quality Control results.
Develop/ propose new methods and actively participate in pre-validation and validation activities for developing new concepts.
Handling and participating in Audits.
To oversee evaluation and management of clinical practices within the facility.
To serve as the clinical leader of the medical facility
To develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices.
To oversee all training and continuing education for his staff.
To assure that facility is in compliance with all national, state and local laws.
