Job Title: Medical Officer(MBBS Male Fertility)

Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

- Understand the concept of Male Fertility and how Oasis Fertility operate.

- Take detailed medical histories of male patients

- Discuss treatment plans, medications, and procedures with the Clinical Head/Consultant.

- Perform physical examinations of male patients.

- Follow established protocols for male fertility treatment at Oasis Fertility.

- Monitor patient progress throughout treatment.

- Analyze test results and reports

- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times.

Communication & Counseling

- Provide consultations, counselling, and feedback to patients.

- Respond to patient inquiries.

- Focus on patient education and support, as counseling is crucial in male fertility

Research & Development:

- Participate in training under the guidance of the consultant.

- Conduct relevant research projects as assigned.

- Assist the consultant with publishing research papers and journals.

Administrative:

- Maintain accurate and clear medical records of patients.

- Update the ARTis system with patient data

- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Travel:

- Travel to different locations may be required occasionally.

Skills & Qualification

- MBBS Degree

- Fresher - 2 Years

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to empathize with and support patients who are struggling with infertility

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their partners

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong clinical skills
