Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Provide routine and emergency medical treatment for employees and their family members.
2. Conduct and monitor medical assessments as per schedule.
3. Manage liaising services.
4. Conduct occupational health (OH) programs including CASHe, OH Sub-Committee meetings, and awareness programs.
5. Provide training to employees and contract workers.
6. Conduct internal audits.
7. Support the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in budget preparation, execution, and monitoring for the medical department.
8. Offer Industrial Hygiene services in offices/sites as applicable.
9. Focus on continuous research and development in the medical field.
