Medical Officer - Hospital - MBBS (4-8 yrs)
Job Objective:- To  carry  out  health  and  wellness  initiatives  for  group  employees,  creating  a  healthier  working  environment.
Planning and execution of Corporate Healthcare services as well as supervision of day to day functioning of the healthcare department.
Roles and Responsibilities
-  Pre- employment medical assessment of group employees. Tie up with various healthcare setups at various locations for health check up.
-  Reports and analysis of pre- employment assessment of various businesses.
-  Organizing and coordinating various healthcare events at corporate offices.
-  Planning and Execution of PAN India level health related events from Corporate Headquarters.
-  Carrying out various wellness campaigns across the group.
-  Meeting and building relations with consultants and specialists for prompt assistance to our group employees.
-  Assisting Group Insurance Team in aspects related to medical terminologies and diagnosis of admitted patient.
-  To help  employees in case of denials  when  the ailment is in the  scope of  coverage  of mediclaim. MIS analysis of mediclaim partner and evaluation.
-  Drafting  of  various  healthcare  related  info  mailers  to  educate  employees  regarding prevalent issues related to healthcare.
-  Medical support to group employees in case of any medical related queries and illness.
-  Hospitalization feedback of the admitted patients (employees as well as dependents).
-  Conducting group level health related surveys to assess healthcare status of the group.
-  Liaison with various healthcare providers for health checkup, laboratory and diagnostic centers, pharmacy, medical equipment, etc.
-  Report and analysis of various periodic health data.
-  Regular guidance, support and monitoring of wellness activities like yoga, physiotherapy, diet and psychology.
