Medical Officer - MBBS (2-5 yrs)
Job Requirements:
- MBBS-qualified doctors based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Minimum Experience: 1+ years
- Multilingual (Hindi / Kannada / English / Telugu / Tamil).
- Must know at least conversational Kannada.
- Must be MCI / State Medical Council registered.
- Comfortable working in a split shift:
- 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong listening abilities
- Must have an empathetic attitude towards patient care
- Dedicated to patient safety and quality healthcare
- Committed to the organization's values and vision
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person clinical consultations and teleconsultations at a primary health centre in Bangalore.
- Carry out diagnosis, treatment based on standard protocols and guidelines, counselling, and referrals wherever necessary.
- Evaluate patients and provide appropriate treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
- Explain medical procedures and prescribed treatments to patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure impartiality at all times.
- Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with medical developments, treatments, and medications.
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
- Apart from physical consultations, communicate with patients through online modes (voice / video / chat).
- Assist in organizing Health Camps at community or corporate levels whenever required.
