We have an opening for Medical Officer / Senior Medical Officer (m/f) to be based at Mumbai (Marol) .
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing the case as per policy terms & condition of various insurance companies. (PSUs & Private)
- Coordinating & communicating with the subordinate for processing the claim.
- Coordinating with CRM for details of the corporate employee & individual insured.
- Coordinating with insurance company for specific approvals & corporate buffer.
- Handling the grievance related to the rejection/ denial of the Cashless request as well as re-reimbursement claims.
- Providing the Quality services by keeping the minimum TAT.
- Updating the new terms & condition of new product of the insurance company.
