- Proactively staying updated on and implementing telemedicine regulations and guidelines.

- Providing training and resolving issues for new team members.

- Assisting in the development of sales strategies for telemedicine.

- Managing patient-related issues and finding effective resolutions.

- Preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for doctors and stakeholders.

- Identifying and responding to patient emergencies, referring them to appropriate healthcare facilities.

- Conducting remote medical examinations through audio and/or video platforms.

- Demonstrating a deep understanding of medical protocols.
