Medical Superident

- The Medical Superintendent would be the overall in-charge of the medical activities of the hospital.

- S/He will ensure that all medical departments are working smoothly, economically and with best efficiency.

- S/He will ensure that the patients gets the best possible care while they are in the hospital either as walk ins or during their admission.

- Shall be responsible for any untoward incident which happens in the hospital.

- To provide adequate man power and resources to all the departments for their proper functioning.

- Would be directly responsible for the recruiting and controlling of all the medical staff.

- Would be responsible for dealing with all the medico legal problems.

- Would recommend Hospital strategic plans and operational plans.

- Set short and long term objectives for the team towards planned targets.

- Recommend policies that meet the needs of Hospital.

- To ensure the Hospital complies with local, state laws and regulations w.r.t Medical compliances

- Develop operational strategies to ensure excellence and patient's satisfaction.

- Update organisation structure to meet hospital needs.

- Build healthy, effective relationship between line and staff functions.

- Develop a well-motivated and trained team so as to ensure excellence in service.

- Develop and encourage new ideas of innovation for competitiveness.

- Bring about continuous organization change and development to keep it contemporary and market effective.

Qualification And Experience :

i. The candidate must be MHA with total of 10-20 years of experience. Minimum 5 years of administration experience in a hospital of repute.
