Job Description:
- General Hospital Administration with special focus on the medical aspects
- To oversee day to day medical operations to maintain efficient medical services of the hospital
- Conduct regular supervisory rounds of all hospital wards and departments
- Work with the Top Management to ensure quality control and set standards for services and continuous improvement of Systems including investigation of complaints and reports.
- To ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements associated with the hospital.
- To analyse, synthesize & integrate information pertaining to patient care.
- To deal with matters pertaining to services and records in the hospital and matters concerning patient services i.e. Front Office/Reception, Wards, OTs and other departments.
- To coordinate Induction of Residents and their subsequent allocation of work including preparing duty rosters and supervising their training and functioning.
- To coordinate all duties that involve nurses, including those controlled by the Nursing Superintendent.
- Counseling of patient attendants as required
- Any other work entrusted by the Top Management or Board of Directors
Desired Candidate Profile :
The ideal candidate will have a Medical Background and at least 5 years of experience in the Administrative role in a Superspeciality Corporate Hospital.
