Job Description:

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced nurses to join our team in Coimbatore. The available positions include roles in Ward, Emergency Room (ER), and Operation Theater (OT). Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in the assigned ward, ER, or OT setting.

- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments as directed by medical staff.

- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times, adhering to established protocols and procedures.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care plans effectively.

- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and nursing interventions.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing support and education as needed.

Emergency Response (ER):

- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating proficiency in critical care nursing practices.

- Perform triage assessments, prioritize patient needs, and initiate appropriate interventions to stabilize patients' conditions.

Operation Theater (OT):

- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and availability of necessary equipment and supplies.

- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, anticipating their needs and maintaining aseptic technique throughout.

Requirements:

- BSc Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

- Specific experience in ward, ER, or OT nursing is preferred.

- Excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Valid nursing license and registration with the respective nursing council.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Salary: 

For 2 years of experience: 22,000 per month

For scrub experience: 24,000 per month
