Medvarsity - Nursing Skill Assessor (6-10 yrs)
Evaluation to nursing and patient care staff and facilitates evidenced-based research within a specialized area of nursing. Collaborates with healthcare recruiters to incorporate nursing recruitment process.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 9-10 years of experience in any of the mentioned Healthcare professions
- (Nurse, OT, Paramedic or Physio) & at least 4 years- experience in Apollo Hospitals.
- Tech Savvy and able to use a range of different software and computer systems.
- Interviewing candidates and examining their nursing skills.
- Providing feedback and offering advice.
- Needs to assess candidates on Technical & language fitment.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards within area of nursing expertise.
- Advanced nursing skills in area of specialty.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present effectively to small and large groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Nursing
