Job Summary:
As the Director of Medical Content, you will be responsible for identifying clinical education competency gaps, work with clinical experts around the world as subject matter experts and work with a combination of in-house and external teams to produce the best medical learning content in the world! You are a medical professional, with experience in content and the heart of an entrepreneur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, redesign and produce clinical learning content
- Demonstrable ability to create a network of trusted KOL's to contribute and guide Medvarsity's core course strategy
- Identify and partner with clinical experts around the world to create highly engaging and technically accurate learning content.
- Capability to review and recommend changes to our product portfolio to drive increased student engagement
- Hire, train and upskill the content organization to drive business requirements.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
Skills and qualification:
- MBBS (Required) with post graduation (Preferred)
- Early clinical experience and recent experience in product development desirable
- Strong process orientations with ability to identify gaps, define processes and track performance.
- Strong communication and management skills and ability to influence without authority.
