Position: Neuro Physiotherapist

Job Responsibilities: - Typical duties of the job include:

- To effectively assess and analyse patients needs and establish an appropriate treatment plan which can then be communicated with other professionals including case managers when appropriate.

- Establish an effective therapeutic working relationship, which acknowledges professional boundaries and provides dignity, respect for the patient.

- Maintain accurate treatment records, which meet professional standards.

- Provide training and advice to family members and support workers to support therapeutic intervention effectively evaluate a patients progress.

- Communicate with referring agents and other members of the MDT appropriately .

- Ensure regular communication with case managers and or other professionals to meets the needs of the patient

- Actively contribute to Physio Matters Neurological Ltd continuous professional development and clinical supervision processes.

- Work in accordance with Physio Matters Neurological Ltd Staff Handbook Policies and Procedures

- Develop and update specialist clinical knowledge and skills, which contributes toward evidence based, patient centred treatment.

- Work independently without direct professional support

- Undertake a mentally and physically demanding job, whilst at the same time taking care to maintain their own health and safety, as well as colleagues and patients

- Carry out any other reasonable duties required to ensure the patient's therapuetic needs and needs of the practice are met.

Qualification: MPT in Neurology or BPT with experience in Neuro Physiotherapy

Experience: 0 to 2 years (higher can also consider)

Package: Negotiable (Depends upon the experience)
