Nova Pulse IVF Clinic - Assistant Gynecologist - DGO/MD/MS/DNB (0-2 yrs)
- Patient history in SIVIS
- Explaining IUI/IVF procedures to IUI advised and IVF advised patients
- Financial counseling to patients
- Issuing delivery note for the financial packages of patients in SIVIS after financial counseling
- Making clinical visits (rounds) of patients before procedures
- Explaining discharge drugs and discharge instructions for IP patients
- Assisting consultant during OPU/ET if desired by the consultant.
- Call to patient for bHCG report results (+ 2 days )
- Communication with referring doctors during stimulation/pickup/ET/Negative BHcG
- Communication with AFC doctors for coordinating ivf stimulation [ drugs, pt visit, protocol ]
- Coordination with embryologist and accounts department for billing of embryo freezing/ use of embryoscope/assisted hatching during the IVF treatment of the patients.
- Call IVF advised patients after a week of such a advise.
- Completing tasks in SIVIS created time and again
- Maintaining clinical records and presenting it in monthly review meetings as per instructions from the consultant/clinical director
- Coordinate during seminars/workshops/camps/public talk as per instructions of consultant.
