Nurse - Hospital (2-3 yrs)
As an NCLEX-Certified Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing remote nursing care and support to US hospitals through our advanced Smart ICU platform. You will collaborate with US-based healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, leveraging technology to monitor and manage critically ill patients from our Bangalore hub. This role is integral to ensure continuity of care and improving patient outcomes in US hospitals. This is a unique opportunity for NCLEX-certified nurses to be part of our Smart ICU operations, bridging Indian expertise with the critical care needs of US hospitals. You will contribute to a transformative healthcare model that enhances ICU patient outcomes through remote care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Smart ICU Patient Care:
- Provide continuous monitoring and remote nursing support to ICU patients in US hospitals through our Smart ICU platform.
- Collaborate with US-based doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to assess patient conditions, administer remote interventions, and adjust care plans based on real-time data.
- Monitor vital signs, review patient charts, and identify potential complications, ensuring timely interventions to -improve patient outcomes.
2. Clinical Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with on-site US medical teams, ensuring seamless coordination and transfer of information regarding patient status.
- Participate in virtual rounds, offering expert nursing insights, and contributing to decision making processes.
- Act as a liaison between our nursing operations and US healthcare providers, ensuring alignment on patient care protocols and best practices.
3. Nursing Documentation & Compliance:
- Accurately document patient conditions, interventions, and updates in the US hospitals electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure compliance with US nursing standards, protocols and regulations, following HIPAA and other legal frameworks regarding patient confidentiality and care.
- Provide daily reports on ICU patient conditions and nursing interventions to ensure all critical information is shared with US hospital staff.
