Nurse Trainer - Simulation Centre (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Demonstration:
- Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of our range of simulators to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their specific needs.
- Customize demonstrations to showcase the versatility and functionality of simulators across various medical disciplines and scenarios, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Post-Sales Training:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on the operation, maintenance, and utilization of our simulators.
- Provide hands-on training sessions covering a wide array of simulation scenarios, from basic skills training to complex medical procedures, ensuring proficiency among diverse end-users.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Maintain a sound understanding of medical disciplines and simulation technology, including but not limited to medicine, surgery, anesthesia, pediatrics, neonatology, obstetrics and gynecology, as well as first responder practices.
- Stay updated on advancements in simulation technology and medical practices, incorporating relevant knowledge into training programs and demonstrations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers, including senior doctors, nurses, midwives, and first responders, by providing exceptional service and support.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly, demonstrating expert knowledge and professionalism in all interactions.
Travel and On-Site Support:
- Travel extensively to customer sites, both domestically and internationally, to deliver on-site training and support as required.
- Adapt to diverse environments and end-user backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and training - delivery across all settings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field; additional certification or training in simulation education is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in clinical nursing practice across diverse medical disciplines, with a solid understanding of medical procedures and protocols.
- Proven experience in training delivery, preferably in healthcare simulation or medical education settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, including senior doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality training programs within tight deadlines.
- Adaptability and flexibility to travel extensively, often on short notice, to customer sites worldwide.
- Passion for healthcare education and simulation technology, with a commitment to enhancing patient care and safety through innovative training solutions.
