Role Overview: Nursing Head
Salary : 12,00.000 - 15,00,000 Per Annum
Key Accountabilities:
- Need to assist in the manpower process by assigning departments to employee as per their needs and expertise.
- Need to ensure and improve clinical practices, services and operations by designing and implementing processes, procedures and methodologies to evaluate and improve patient care within assigned department.
- Evaluate individual employee performance.
- Complete responsible for Nursing operations on field
- Client delight nursing care monitoring with the team
- Development of standardization of field work
- Working from inception of the organization
- Part of formulating core values,policies and procedures
- Formulation the home care(nursing) training curriculum specifict business,delegation and guiding the faculty for content and knowledge component preparation
- Validation of the content and related training material
- Organizing,supervising the training
- Reporting the training evaluation to the superiors
- Planning,developing,delegating to subordinates the appropriate Protocols related to business
- Accountable for ensuring quality patientcare through direct supervision of all nursing personnel assigned to the unit
Experience required :
- 7-11 year of experience required
Education : MSC Nursing from Reputed Institute
