Nursing Incharge - Hospital (10-15 yrs)
Shift: Straight shifts ( 7 AM to 3 PM and 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
Designation: Nurse in charge
No of positions: 1 (HSR layout), Bangalore.
Qualification: B.Sc./ M.Sc in nursing - Karnataka nursing council registration is a must
Experience: 10 to 15 years working in a hospital
Salary range: 40,000 to 50,000 CTC (Negotiable)
Shift: Rotation Rotation shifts (7 AM to 3 PM and 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
Requirement :
- Very strong knowledge of health care systems, operations, quality, process correction, nurse engagement.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills etc. Must have worked in a manager capacity at least for a year.
