Job description
- Make sure that all medicines of acute disease are available in stock.
- Make sure first aid kit is having all medicines and apparatus.
- Be prompt on duty for health issues. If found any emergency contact with concern person immediately.
- Make sure that body temperature are in normal range.
- Make sure Ambulance is having all the required apparatus and medicines.
- Monitor stock of medicines and be ready for any crucial situation happened at site.
- Maintain cleanness in clinic with fennel and keep sanitizer for health precautions.
- Make sure Nurse apron is cleaned and washed properly.
- Responsible for filling the Nursing initial assessment chart, for patients admitted during her shift, and also making proper entries in the nurses record, TPR chart and medication chart online.
- Responsible to perform all Medical and Surgical nursing procedures as per hospital policies.
- Guide and counsel junior staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the patients.
- Coordinate patient care with various health care team members
- Follow doctors rounds for assigned patients, and carry out doctor's orders and instructions promptly and intelligently.
- Will follow hospital policy for verbal orders strictly. Responsible for Management of Medication
