Position : Nursing Supervisor cum Trainer (NST)

The NST will train, guide and supervise the nurses during the training program, as well as during their job assignments. The NST will also monitor the patient's condition and appropriate nursing care.

Academic Qualification : M. Sc Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing

Work Experience :

- At least 3 years of in ICU care/Neurology/Critical Care Department and training

- Shift - in-charge/Nursing Head with team management and roistering

- Proficiency in English, Kannada/Telugu and Hindi

- Working knowledge of MS office

Job profile :

The role of the NST is to supervise, plan, develop, monitor and maintain appropriate standards of care in all areas of Home Nursing. He/ She must have effective skills of communication, team building and sense of ownership in order to be successful in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The NST will oversee the working of the home nursing staff and ensure high quality nursing care

- Training of the incoming trainee nurses about clinical and organizational practices

- Troubleshooting at the patient site and also through telephone

- Continuous assessment of the nursing staff

- Ongoing training on equipment and high-end nursing care

- Team building

- SOP maintenance at all levels of nursing delivery

- Clinical interaction with vendors/doctors/nurses and industry for procuring equipment, patients, etc.

- Prepare Nursing roster

- Making patient visits for clinical purpose or for counseling

- Keeping track/maintaining a good rapport with clients through telephonic contact or visit

- Regular telephonic or physical meeting with nurses for employee and client satisfaction

Reporting to :

- He/ She will administratively report to the Branch Manager and operationally to the Head of

- Quality/ Consulting Doctor of the company
