Nutrition Wellness Expert (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Collating Personal Details & Medical Reports (PDMR) :
- Manage client health records, ensuring the timely collection of personal details forms and medical reports.
- Track upcoming consultations using the appointment schedule and ensure all necessary documents (e.g., test reports, prescriptions) are received.
- Coordinate with clients to collect and verify test reports, ensuring accuracy in sample collection dates and report completeness.
- Guide clients on necessary tests based on their health conditions and inform them of any missing or outdated reports.
- Collaborate with wellness consultants and team members to maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM.
2. Creating Pre-consultation Notes:
- Review client-provided personal details and medical reports, identifying key health concerns and reporting abnormalities.
- Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp, or phone to clarify or update any missing information.
- Compile pre-consultation notes, including test results and health concerns, and share with Luke and the wellness consultant ahead of consultations.
3. Appointment & Consultation Reminders:
- Send WhatsApp or email reminders to clients, 24 hours and 15 minutes before their consultation.
- Ensure clients have all necessary meeting details (e.g., venue, Skype ID, Facetime ID).
- Uphold professionalism and empathy in communications, promoting the company- s brand and vision.
4. Shadowing Consultations & Sharing Recommendations:
- Shadow Luke's consultations, recording and maintaining all client recommendations and actions.
- Provide post-consultation support by emailing recommendations to clients and answering any follow-up queries.
- Travel when required for Luke's consults to ensure in-person support.
- Follow up on post-consultation actions, ensuring timely closures and client satisfaction.
5. Post-consult Closures & Program Sign-ups:
- Share program details and sign-up procedures with clients following their consultation.
- Collaborate with the core team to close post-consultation actions.
- Ensure timely entries in the CRM following company SOPs and follow up on program sign-ups.
- Convert consultations into program sign-ups, contributing to the company's growth.
6. Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for leads via calls, chats, emails, or other communication channels.
- Provide professional, prompt, and empathetic responses to client inquiries.
- Educate clients about wellness programs and consultations, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Address client health concerns with care, ensuring they feel understood and supported.
7. Sales Support:
- Recommend and explain relevant services (consultations or programs) based on client needs.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the program.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, driving revenue growth.
8. Relationship Building:
- Build personalized and trusting relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct follow-ups post-consultation to ensure client satisfaction and encourage additional service utilization.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and commitment to customer care.
9. Documentation & Reporting:
- Accurately document all client interactions, medical reports, and consultation notes in the CRM system.
- Ensure records are consistently updated and accessible for future reference.
