Work Experience:

- At least 2-3 year with clinical experience in cancer.

 - Work experience with Cardiovascular Specialist /Oncologists/ Diabetologist/Endocrinologist will be an added advantage.

- Taking responsibility for success of customized wellness plan for assigned clients

- Creation of diet/ wellness plan in consultation with Luke & other Sr. members for assigned clients

- Preparing diet charts & conducting diet counseling as once every week with all the assigned clients

- Having Regular, Professional and Cordial Communication with assigned clients on calls and chats

- Coaching clients on all the 4 pillars of holistic health.

- Resolving all nutrition and health queries for assigned clients in stipulated time frame

- Continuous follow up on the progress achieved by assigned clients

- Supporting and giving input on feedback, suggestion pertaining to Nutrition

- Work on specific projects related to the wellness domain.

- Attend training sessions and refreshers, regularly as organized by the L&D team.

- Regularly update the databases and Maintaining customer MIS.

- Work with the clients towards achieving their health goal/healing the condition or disease/improving their quality of life

- Have calls with the client to understand the case in depth and chalk out the health goals and the line of action.

- Coaching/Follow ups/Answering queries on chat within the set turnaround time

- Knowledge of nutrition & processes

- Experience in creation of Food Plans

- Experience in regular interaction with HNI clients

- Experience / Ability in handling client queries in calm/professional manner

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Create Customized Food Plans as per the condition

- Weekly/biweekly review calls to understand the progress/challenge areas/improvements, etc

- Maintaining client information sheet (Entering the client data-program dates, call dates, weekly summaries, end summary, goal status, etc).

- Helping the clients with Renewal/Freezing of subscription/Referral/Upgrading/Transferring/Canceling the program

- Arranging calls with Luke whenever required

- Documenting the testimonials and converting them into a Case Study.

- Ensure participation in all team reviews, trainings and meetings,

- Promote the brand value and the vision of the company in all interactions

Educational Qualification:

- Masters in Food, Nutrition, Dietetics or Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Therapeutic Dietetics or Masters in any Food Science and Human Nutrition course.

- OR

- BSc with Post graduation Diploma in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics; with minimum 2 years of experience in the field of nutrition and holistic healing/integrative and lifestyle medicine.
