Job Responsibilities:
- The nature of consultations is prescribing medicines and diagnostic reports and instant tele consultations to patients.
- Referring patients requiring specialist consultations.
- Issuing prescriptions to patients who have taken consultation from you.
- Develop and implement pre-launch medical plans for categories like weight Management.
- Support to develop drug value pack and communicate it to Key Decision Makers
- Creating & managing Clinical protocols and policies for monitoring the HCPs behavior in tele-consultations
- Develop and implement a medical plan that is fully aligned with the Brand plan.
- To lead the research, participate in digital therapy & content creation, medical affairs and medico brand building
- Directing clinical processes and building healthcare applications for our tele-medicine platform and various OTC.
- Certifying study methodology and related reporting, and establishing performance improvement plans and supervising the clinical quality improvement activities/projects to improve quality of care for members.
- To ensure that the Medical Information provided both to external and internal parties is timely, relevant, accurate and scientifically balanced
- Support market access activities that shape market understanding of disease, diagnosis and treatment options
- Proactive cross functional collaboration with regulatory and other teams in drug registration in earlier and broader accessibility aligned to the brand strategy
