Job Summary :

In collaboration with relevant departments from the Home Office, including Product Strategy & New Product Development from the Global Marketing and R&D teams, the Nutritionist will involve providing nutrition-related guidance to customers (Associates, Affiliates, & PC) and actively participating in various marketing initiatives. Champion holistic health programs and deliver personalized nutritional recommendations and wellness programs in helping them achieve their health and wellness goals and contributing to our mission of promoting healthier lifestyles through our exceptional nutritional offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Essential :

- Develop, conduct, and plan product/nutritional training sessions for customers, empowering them with in-depth knowledge of USANA products and their benefits.

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the ingredients, usage guidelines, and target audience for each product to address customer queries effectively.

- Handle product-related technical inquiries and complaints from customers and staff, providing professional consultations and recommendations using the Company's products to meet customers- nutritional and wellness needs.

- Launch holistic health programs and track health parameters for the customers, such as weight, exercise, hydration, meal plans, etc.

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to position products effectively and create compelling sales tools that promote our nutritional messages.

- Generate engaging and informative content on nutrition, health, and wellness, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.

- Develop and execute USANA talks with the Sales & Marketing teams.

- Ensure compliance with product claim restrictions and review sales tools to meet regulatory guidelines.

- Establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals, potential businesses, or professional bodies to strengthen the USANA brand.

- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

- Must be available for occasional work on weekends if events or scheduled activities demand.

- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements :

- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in nutrition and/or food science with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from MLM or nutrition industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

- Pleasant, outgoing with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and being a valuable team player.

- Well organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented, have an eye for detail
