Occupational Therapist - Hospital (4-8 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled & passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Someone who shares our warm, authentic and child-centered approach to therapy. An ideal candidate who has an excellent experience working with children and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Providing occupational therapy to young children and using evidence-based therapy modalities; both online & offline especially neuro developmental disorders.
- Performing intakes and clinical assessments; interviewing families, observation sessions of the child, using various tools and reporting. Assessment methods are a crucial part of our treatment approaches at Mind Meadow.
- Delivering workshops & webinars - from ideation to execution.
- Conducting Supervision; Internal training and external training opportunities for continued professional development.
- Participating in peer super supervision models within the organization to share and learn.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
