Job Description:
- Accurately assigned ICD codes to patient medical records.
- Reviewed patient charts and identified discrepancies in the medical documentation.
- Performed computer assisted coding (CAC).
- Interpreted medical terminology in order to translate it into the coding software.
- Analyzed DRG assignments using ICD-10-CM codes.
- Communicated with insurance companies regarding the updates in invoices.
Requirements :
- Any Graduates with min 1 year of experience in any of the above specialty.
- Must be a Certified coder in CPC/CCS/CCA.
- Work From Office for IPDRG
- 2 weeks work from office for EM IP & Radiology
- Week Off's - Saturday & Sunday
CTC : As per company norms
Fixed day shifts(8.30am - 5.30pm)
