- Responsible for managing medical device service aspects focused to ensure accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of medical device technical documents, in accordance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), the Quality Assurance Agreement, regulatory requirements, the Novartis Quality Manual and is conducted according to the relevant Standard Operating Procedures and agreed between GOC and business partners
- Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to each patient's individual needs, taking into account their medical history, symptoms, and other factors
- Provide preventive care services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to help patients stay healthy and prevent the onset of medical conditions
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, exam findings, test results, and treatment plans
- Participate in medical research and education activities to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care
