Operation Executive/Senior Operation Executive - Hospital (0-7 yrs)
We are hiring Executive operations/Sr. Executive Operations for Hospital. Should have similar of 0-5 years of experience in healthcare industry operations.
Job Description :
- Handling the calls & arranging appointments.
- Transferring internal & external calls to desired departments
- Handling Operational Customer feedback calls.
- Visa Medical Ad visor/appointment.
- OPD Appointments and Hospitals information's to the customers.
- Front office backed
- Query/Complaint Handling.
- Hospitals Call details tracking and Verifying Billings.
- Emergency Code Handling
- Training & orientation of staff
- Management of OPD
- Maintaining OT schedule
- Management Of MRD
- Dealing with patients for grievances
- Maintaining the leaves and attendance ( Doctors, Nursing assistants, front desk executives,
- housekeeping staff, MRD staff)
- Troubleshooting on day to day
- Basis(reports,appointments,duties,notices,rosters,maintenance,feedback)
- Making SOP- s
- Adhoc inspections and meetings
- Maintaining various data(related to patient attendance, missed payments, monthly statistics,)
- Conducted survey in the CHEST Department
Qualification Required
Graduation - BDS
Post Graduation - MHA or MBA (Health care & Hospital Administration )
