Degree - Master of dental surgery / Mds (Orthodontics) is must
Job Location - Andheri East, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To act as bridge between BD operations team and partner orthodontist or dentist
- To discuss and explain plan out of patients with orthodontist/dentist
- Understand the changes needed by partner dentist in plan out and discuss the same with planning team
- Help partner orthodontist understand IPR/ Attachment sheet
- Training of partner dentist on different orthodontics procedure and conducting webinar
- Collecting feedback on IPR/attachment session conducted at partner dentist clinic and close gaps if any
- Resolve any queries raised by partner orthodontist/ dentist on treatment planning or procedure and regarding any other steps involved in the process
- Maintain data on excel regarding appointments, procedures
- Work closely with inter/intra department to improve overall patient satisfaction
