Operation Theater Assistant (0-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
- Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and maintain operating room equipment, supplies, and instruments for surgery.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies during surgery.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in operating rooms.
