Ophthalmologist - Democratic Republic of Congo Africa

One of our worldwide Health care client are looking for Ophthalmologist professionals for Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa.

They are headquartered in Dubai and have operating offices in Nigeria, Zambia, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Ghana, Kenya, Central African Republic, India and China.

Responsibilities :

i. Provide leadership of the eye clinic team, and ensure the provision of effective and efficient ophthalmological and eye care services.

ii. Promote primary eye care provision in the region, including the training and capacity building of general health workers

iii. Continue to develop and maintain effective identification, treatment and referral system for eye care services,

iv. Establish and continue on site training in SICS (observation & discussion). Identify potential candidates.

v. Where problems arise, work with the members of the eye care team to find out innovative solutions.

vii. Continue the planning and implementation of clinical services at the eye clinic,

viii. Maintain effective monitoring and evaluation of eye care services,

Qualifications :-

- The candidate should have a MS (Ophthalmology) or DNB Ophthalmology,

- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in SICS, Phaco, Glaucoma, small surgeries,

- Experience overseas especially in any African country is favorable
