Job Description (JD):
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Ophthalmologists to join reputed hospitals across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will have expertise in their respective sub-specialties and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations.
- Diagnose and treat eye diseases and injuries.
- Perform specialized surgical procedures (Phacoemulsification, Retina, Cornea, Cataract surgery as per role).
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients.
- Work closely with medical and surgical teams.
- Counsel patients and families about treatment plans.
- Participate in academic activities (for Senior Resident/Assistant Professor roles in Gaya).
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards of care.
