- Instructs patient in care and use of glasses or contact lenses.
- Assists patient in frame selection.
- Adjusts and repairs glasses.
- Modifies contact lenses.

- Conduct refractions and all types of optometric diagnostic testing
- Provide dictation to doctors with patient history and diagnosis
- Assist surgeons in OT when required
- Respond to international inquiries over email or phone
