Job Description Designation: Manager OP Services

Note: Only Female candidates

- Adopt best practices to streamline/enhance OP services

- Scheduling & Organizing OPs as per the available slots of the doctor

- Managing & delegating all functions in LOBBY OP, dispatch, central appointments

- Handling VIP patients

- Ensure transparency of operation & integrity within the team

- Ensuring smooth functioning of the department and ensuring availability of staff including dayas.

- Conduct Training & development programs

- Coordinating & improving TEAM building activities & networking with team members across all departments.

- Encouraging new ideas and suggestions from the Team for improving OP standards

- Working closely with the senior management from time to time in implementing new policies & procedures

- Create awareness on all the services of the hospital & also PR activities to enhance Image of the hospital

- Protocol to be defined/documented/audited periodically

- Periodic audit & random quality check within the team on service levels.

- Periodical review with management.
